Seguro Terminal (segurotrader.com) is an online tool that shows statistics on how financial instruments (stocks, crypto, commodities, currencies) behaved in the past and sends alerts through Telegram. The service is informational. It is not investment advice, it does not execute trades and it does not manage your funds. See the Risk Disclosure for details.
Full features require an account, and sign-in is handled by a third-party provider (Clerk). Please give a real email address. One account is for one person, so do not share it. During testing or before launch, access may be limited to invited email addresses.
The FREE plan gives 10 trial scans. The PRO plan costs 29 USD a month. The ULTRA plan costs 49 USD a month or 399 USD a year. We describe the plans on the home page. Prices are in US dollars, and tax (VAT or other) is added by the payment operator according to the customer’s country. We may change prices or the scope of the plans. A change applies to later billing periods, and we will announce a price increase in advance.
Payments are handled by Creem as merchant of record. Your card details go to Creem, not to us. The subscription renews automatically every month or year until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time at creem.io/my-orders/login with the email you used to buy. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and no further charges are made.
We refund the first payment in full within 14 days of purchase. Just write to the contact address. Consumers in the EU have a right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, and our rules do not limit it. We do not refund later renewals, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to continue. After a refund, paid access ends immediately.
You must not scrape data in bulk or automatically, resell access or data from the service, get around limits and safeguards, or disrupt the service. If you break these rules we may block the account.
Data comes from third-party providers. It may be delayed (by 15–20 minutes on some exchanges), incomplete or wrong. We send Telegram alerts on a best-effort basis, and they may be late or not arrive. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The service is informational. We are not responsible for investment decisions made on its basis or for losses that follow. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, or any rights consumers have.
The software, texts, layout and indicators belong to Seguro Center OÜ or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the service while your account lasts.
We may change these terms. We will announce important changes on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. If you disagree, you can cancel your subscription.
Estonian law applies. A consumer in the EU keeps the protective rules of their country of residence. Before you take other steps, write to us and we will try to settle the matter amicably. A consumer can also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon).
