1. Data controller

2. What data and why

• Email address and sign-in data (through Clerk): account and sign-in. Basis: performance of the contract.
• Plan, expiry date, payment status: running your subscription. Basis: performance of the contract.
• Favorite tickers, alert thresholds, settings: making the service work. Basis: performance of the contract.
• Telegram chat ID, if you link your account to the bot: sending alerts. Basis: performance of the contract.
• Email and language from the “notify me at launch” form: telling you when we launch. Basis: your consent.
• Technical data (IP address, request logs, access token): security and abuse prevention. Basis: legitimate interest.

3. Who processes the data

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Clerk (sign-in), Creem (payments; we never see card numbers), Telegram (alerts), DigitalOcean (server), Hostinger (domain and email). When a page loads, your IP address also reaches Google Fonts (fonts), and in the terminal TradingView (some charts). We do not sell data.

4. Transfers outside the EEA

Some providers are based or run servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. They use GDPR-compliant mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Cookies and browser storage

We use only what is necessary: the sign-in session (Clerk), and an access token and chosen language stored in your browser. We use no advertising and no analytics tools.

6. How long we keep data

We keep account data until the account is deleted. We keep a waitlist address until launch or until you unsubscribe. We keep billing records as long as the law requires (for example accounting rules).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict processing, move it, and object, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to the contact address. You can also complain to the Estonian data protection authority (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or to the authority in your own country.

8. Security

The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS) and access to the database is restricted. We do not store payment card data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update.
